The Community Foundation Climate Collaborative (CFCC) is a national network of community foundations united in our commitment to addressing climate change causes and impacts while advancing climate justice.

 

With a deep understanding of local contexts and strong relationships across diverse sectors, we harness the collective power of our members, donors, and community leaders to drive transformative solutions for climate resilience and equity. Our mission is to strengthen and accelerate the capacity of community foundations to mitigate and adapt to the impacts of climate change, particularly in underserved communities, while addressing historical inequities. We are guided by the core principle that communities are the solutions for climate change.
